Home Inspection Services 

Pre-Purchase
Inspections

A pre-purchase inspection will provide you with peace of mind prior to completing your real estate transaction. A visual inspection is conducted during which all items within a home are tested and operated to verify proper operation and install. Roofing material, exterior siding, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems, windows and doors, attic space and crawlspace/basements will all be inspected and operated as conditions allow. Upon completion, an in-person walk through will take place with the client and a detailed report will be emailed by the end of the day.

New Construction Inspections

New construction home inspections are often overlooked due to the perception that a “new” home was built correctly. The process for building a new home is done quickly these days, so things can be often overlooked. New construction inspections are done after construction is completed, and prior to your final walk through with the builder. This will give you a nice report to share with the builder to have any necessary items completed prior to your final walk through and purchase of your new home.

Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections

When purchasing a new home, you are typically provided with a 1 year Builder Warranty. Before your 1-year Builder Warranty expires, have peace of mind that everything is still functioning as intended. A pre-warranty expiration inspection is conducted and a detailed report is provided to you. Then, you can share the inspection report with the builder so that any necessary repairs could be completed by the builder and not make you liable for the expense after your warranty expires.

Radon Inspections

Radon is a naturally occurring gas produced by the breakdown of uranium in rocks and soil and the only way to know if it is in your home is to test for it. Middle Tennessee does see high concentrations of radon, and all homes should be tested for radon. With our 48 hour Radon Inspection you will receive a complete report including radon concentration, temperature, humidity, and pressure.
