Hamilton Home Inspections was created with the customer in mind as the top priority. After spending 13 years in the retail home improvement industry as a store manager, and someone who has gone through the home purchasing process a few times, I knew the struggle many people go through when purchasing a new home. The confusion of what truly matters in a home inspection, and what you would be walking into and undertaking responsibility for as a home owner. My purpose for starting this business was to give my clients peace of mind and a comprehensive understanding of one of the largest purchases they will make in their lifetime. I want you to feel supported and confident going into closing day and Hamilton Home Inspections is here to give you that reassurance.

Hi, I’m James Hamilton, Owner of Hamilton Home Inspections. While not a Nashville native, I was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and have called Nashville home since 2006. I spent majority of my career working for a home improvement retailer in the Greater Nashville Area and left the corporate world to create a business for myself and my family while serving my neighbors in Middle Tennessee. I have an amazing wife who runs an online business working with female entrepreneurs and inspired and encouraged me to start Hamilton Home Inspections.
